![]() DJ Sneak Beetz-N-Noizez EP Defiant Records 1994 |
Yeah finally. I had to write something about this old school house-techno track from Sneak. Most of you can imagine Sneak DJ'ing, every time I saw him: a cool fat guy who has a smoke and plays party stuff! Yeah DJ Sneak is a beast behind his turntables. He also produces lots of records, too much to review them all. I got some inspiration after a kind of retro party I played at and I rediscovered this one, I know it's not Jazzy or super melodic it's basic Chicago house. The first track on the Ep is Fear The World and this makes people dance after just a few seconds ... its very monotone and basic but it rules, it killllllss dance floors! Yeah I think in 1994 when people heard it for the first time I they we're going crazy! The other tracks are also cool typical Chicago stuff! Groove Patrol, Do It, Bitch Betta Have. Available on the old classic record label Defiant one of the early Chicago house labels! respect, |
