Like the preceding "Points in Time 002" this is another masterpiece of British drum'n'bass. The same artists as on the previous edition are featured on this compilation, i.e.: LTJ Bukem, PFM, Axis & Peshay. Absolutely brilliant is the new track from Universal. The rhythms and the unbelievable atmosfear without being too "hard", are characteristics of the drum'n'bass sound from Goodlooking records. With the word "hard" I mean that hard-step stuff. With releases on Goodlooking like "Points in Time", the "Earth" series and several other maxi singles the rhythm is very important. When I heard the guys from this label under the direction of MC Conrad and LTJ Bukem at the "Gentse Feesten" about 2 years ago, I was completely carried away !!!!
An unforgettable evening featuring massive atmospheric tracks with the voice of MC Conrad on top. Smashing !! Anyone who has the opportunity to visit a performance by these guys, don't miss out on it. One could think that the drum'n'bass is out, but everytime this label has a new release, I'm amazed with the quality. Many other drum'n'bass labels are losing it. Also hard-step jungle is too much associated with this kind of music. If you are a drum'n'bass lover you you won't be dissapointed if you check out some tracks from this label in your local record shop. I'm not a drum'n'bass freak but when the music is good, it doesn't matter what style, then it gets a chance to be appreciated by the Freestyle Crew.

Zoals zijn voorhanger 'Points in Time 002' is dit weer een Brits drum'n'Bass meesterwerkje.
Op deze compliatie kun je nummers terug vinden van dezelfde artisten als in
de vorig editie nl.: LTJ Bukem, PFM, Axis & Peshay. Nieuw en schitterend op deze compilatie is
het nummer van Universal. De kenmerken van de Drum'n'Bass van Goodlooking is dat het zeer ritmisch is een ongelovelijke sfeer meeheeft en
doch niet hard is. Met hard bedoel ik geen hard-step toestanden. Bij de 'Points in Time' reeks van Good Looking evenals de Earth serie en andere
maxi's primeert ritme. Toen ik de mannen van dit label onder leiding van MC
Conrad en LTJ Bukem hoorde op de Gentse Feesten 2 jaar terug was ik volledig
weg !!!!
Een onvergetelijke avond met bére sfeervolle tracks met daarbovenop de stem
van MC Conrad. Kei goed !! Wie eens die mannen in de buurt heeft moet zeker
eens de moeite nemen om te gaan luisteren. Men zou denken dat drum'n'bass
out is, doch telkenmale nieuwe muziek op dit label verschijnt ben ik versteld
van de kwaliteit want veel drum'n'bass labels die vroeger goede tracks maakten zijn aan het gaan. Alsook hard-stepp jungle word te snel geasocieerd
met dit soort muziek. Wel één woord nog als u bij u platen zaak bent zult u
er geen spijt van hebben effen nummers van dit label ander de loep te nemen
als u enigsinds drum'n'bass liefhebber bent. Eigenlijk ben ik zelf geen super freak van dit soort muziek maar wanneer muziek goed is, gelijk welk
genre, dan krijgt het bij ons Freestylers de kans om geaprecieerd te worden.
Zolang de grondwaarden van onze objectiviteit gerespecteerd worden.
Wel nog een bravo aan de mannen op het Good Looking label !! Doe zo verder !!
